In pursuit of excellence, Del Monte Fresh Produce, supported by RS & CO. Agri Pro Global Corporation & Al Muzafar Agriventure Inc., hosted the 2nd Batch of Leadership Superior Supervision Program on May 9-10, 2024, at Amavi Central Office, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. In the pursuit of capability-building and augmenting productivity, the event served as a training ground for supervisors, directors, and other employees.
Throughout the program, we delved into the essence of capability-building and transformative leadership, led by our seasoned facilitators from Del Monte: Rosame Rentuma, Sr. Manager (HR); Cherrylou Castro, Asst.
